RANE SL 3 FOR SERATO SCRATCH LIVE
Some buzz has been going around the new interface from Rane, the SL 3, the next generation, yet not a upgrade of SL 1, it does seem that the SL 3 is targeted at more quality and routing for studio recording rather for live action, though it will do the job as fit as the SL1 does.
Follows, the press release by Serato. Some of you guys might find this instrument terribly useful, most of you can go ahead and keep using your old faithful SL1.

Enhanced by studio grade preamps and 24-bit audio processing, this compact new solution produces a warm punchy sound to heighten the senses. Extra outputs allow DJs and electronic musicians to intensify the mix with the Scratch Live SP-6 Sample Player (New in Version 1.9).
